I know the El Deth crew are planning one somewhere (probably at Sassy Ann's or possibly World Grotto). I'd kinda at least like to have a back up plan if possible.

There are lot of first time buyers programs out there and some even feature no money down, which is ideal. I also would suggest buying a house because renting is such a pain in the ass and you're basically wasting your money doing so.
