http://www.houseofwhacks.com/ is based in Chicago. My assistant at work used to work there assembling the clothes, which are all handmade on-site by experienced latex-crafters. Expensive, but decent latex always is. That cheap stuff by places like RubbaWear that you can get on eBay is crap, made from too-thin latex--i had a top of theirs that split down the side the first time i put it on.
