Either the time changed without me knowing or the timestamps of posts are off by an hour...or maybe I have something wrong with my times....anyone else know what I'm talking about?

The time on the server is correct. The problem actually is with your profile.
Change your time from GMT-5 to GMT-4. Daylight savings time is not automatically set within the software.
Just something I noticed several months ago.
I obviously have nothing better to do with my time.
