Trying to keep your head above water while mans expectation drags you down with palms of ice
As you fight for the surface you see the shadow of the sun
So with a glimmer of hope your desperate hand grazes the light
But insecurity can be stronger than steel
Holding you within the cold cell of it's gut
Drowning
Alone in this fear
Panic sets in while it rushes down your throat
filling your brain
filling your heart
filling your soul
You're sinking again.....
