is this the only solution?
i ask myself a daily question
finding peace in solitude
there's no joy in life for me
a big waste of the space in my head
i hunger for an answer
but starvation is the key
finding beauty in my cage of bones
i'm putting on a hunger strike
to have a pretty smile
i'll follow my path of wasted tears
lost so deep inside myself
my ocean of dark comforts me
i'll ride upon the waves until i drown
it comforts me to see me this way
finding peace in solitude
i'll let it all slip away
forgetting all the other ones
their words they don't regret
they're too blind to see
i've lost myself to apathy
and still i just don't care
yet i hunger for an answer
but starvation is the key
