he is very friendly

an outside dog(can be inside sometimes)

what kind of dog is it? does it get along with other dogs? i have 2 chihuahuas, one mixed with pomeranian, and the other about to drop a litter of puppies. they don't do well with big dogs, my 4 pound male thinks he's cujo, and won't let anyone tell him different.
