Let me precede this by saying that there is a lot going on at the Fairbanks for this event. I am not suggesting that you forgo any of it. However, for those of you like me that are primarily interested in the midnight to six gothic ball, I have a suggestion.

I live pretty close to the Fairbanks, withing stumbling distance. I'd like to have a few people over for drinks that evening after which we could all hoof it to the dance. This would give people:

1) a place to preparty without paying for drinks (which we will be doing all night at the Fairbanks)

2) a place to park

3) a place to finish getting your costume ready before the party

The problem is that I live in an apartment, not a house, so I don't think that I could accomodate more than a dozen or so comfortably. So here are some restrictions:

1) Party time is 8:30 - 11:30.

2) This is for people who are dressing up, as it provides a nearby place for you to fix your costumes. That is one of the reasons for doing this.

3) You should be a regular poster on KG. Hey, honestly this is how I "know" most of you, and I don't need a house full of strange strangers.

So, if anyone is still interested, email me and let me know. I'll send you directions.

Sorry to say I'm going to have to call this off due to an almost embarassing lack of interest :shrug:

For those that did reply, I'll still send directions if you just feel like slamming a few beverages before the show, but don't expect a bash or even a mash.
