Hey while we are on the subject. When I look at auras I get dizzy, not always but most of time. Anyone know why?

If your 3rd eye opened prematurely (before all your other chakras) it can cause imbalance in your energy. Opening your other chakras should help. Try chakra meditation on a regular basis, the problem should get better fairly quickly.

Oh, well...

A book that might help... "Wheels of Life... A User's Guide to the Charkra System" by Anodea Judith (a fave ov mine) ... It explains chakras & givez physical exercisez 2 assist n opening each chakra.
