Double bass help

if you are having trouble with double bass this video may help. He goes into detail about how to do the "heel toe" method which will produce a double stroke with one foot movement. so with a double bass pedal you can do 16th notes.

I began really practicing this technique this friday. I played around with it for about 5hrs friday(that night I woke up screaming because my leg was cramping so bad :p) and I have probably done over 5hrs today. So far I can easily do a double stroke with my right foot with my left foot I can do a double its just not solid yet. I have also been able to produce really solid and quick triplets with a RRL pattern. ok back to it.

Im free every Monday and Tuesday at pretty much any time.
During the summer my visitation changes though so I'll have every other week (mon-thurs) completely free.
