Little mexican recipe I love!

Boil one pound of ground beef in a pot of water til brown then drain.
Heat Enchilada Sauce or "red sauce" in a pan and mix in the beef with some diced Jalapenos (garden not canned) Green peppers and tomatoes.
Take four full boneless chicken breasts and place them in a casserole dish. Stuff the breasts with the sauce you have made and cover the breasts with all that is left over. Cover intire dish in a blanket of cheese. (Shredded Four Cheese is best).

Bake for about 30-45 minutes on 350-400 depending on your oven.

walla! yummies!
“That proves you are unusual, returned the Scarecrow; and I am convinced the only people worthy of consideration in this world are the unusual ones. For the common folks are like the leaves of a tree, and live and die unnoticed.â€

That sounds really good. I may try that soon.
I'm not wicked. I'm just viciously mischievous.

Yeah, that does sound good. Now, if only I could cook......
Duct tape is like 'The Force'. It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.
