Quick Chicken!

Post by MahoganyDawn »

This is a good recipe for familys with small children as well!

Take one frozen boneless skinless chicken breast per person and boil till cooked through. Boiling in Chicken Broth works best for flavor!

Cut into finger food sized hunks.. about the size of a brussel sprout.

Spray the pan chicken and all with fat free cooking spray.. then sprinkle generous ammounamountason salt over the chicken.

Just fry the chicken till it's a little brown around the edges.

It's delicious and kids don't mind eating it because it's finger food. Works great with Mac N Cheese oand french fries!

You could also try browning it with Italian Dressing for a little kick of flavor.

I use different blends of herbs when I am boiling it sometimes aswell. It's such an easy dinner. It's rare to find a recipe that the whole familt agrees on, but this one seems to work wonders.

They have a new seasoning mix like one step seasonings or something like that... their herb chicken seasoning is excellent!

You also might want to try a Mrs. Dash seasoning blend. It's cheap and they generally work really well on chicken or pork.
