I hit a motherfucking deer coming home from work going about 60...It took out the headlight and dented the hood. What would be the best place in the Ktown area to take it for an estimate....cuz I know I'll get pulled over for not having a headlight for some reason.

I figure the toyota dealership would prolly rip me off. But I think anyone would rip me off...bleh.

Morgan the former vegan is now going to become a *big* fan of venison.

(And no I didn't pick up the deer even if it is legal)

I work for Rick McGill's Toyota in Alcoa. We do all our body shop business through Tennessee Collission Repair, across the street from us, they've always treated us well.

I tagged a deer while doing 50 and towing a boat once... damn things can do a lot of damage.

but they sure do taste good.

If you have comprehensive coverage on your insurance you could always file a claim. Depends on the amount of damage, i guess. As for where to take it - multiple shops, get several estimates. If the people at the shops ever start sounding the least bit condescending - walk out. Body shops are a dime a dozen. Pick the one were you were treated the best.
