ive seen alot of SHITTY shows so im naming the bands i liked i can think of off hand,.....
(dont laugh, i love this band and saw em live a shitload....) stone temple pilots, tool x 3, danzig x i cant count, samhain (no shit, really), melvins x 2, cramps, fear factory x 3, hatebreed, meshuggah, a perfect circle, snake river conspiracy, blitzkid x 1000 of times, mighty mighty bosstones, rob zombie, white zombie, skinlab, manson a few times, godhead.,glassjaw, shelter, shutdown, prong (and tommy is a DICK), cradle of filth, nile, god forbid, murder junkies, independants, krypt keeper 5, spineshank (i hate the band but im listing them in the bands i liked catagory because that guy can work a crowd like fucking insane man),........... god ill post more later. ill go thru my ticket stubs. ive been to TONS of fucking shows, im just trying to remember some of the bands that did sets that stand out in my mind.

and i saw everlast do a free show in ATL and to this day have never had a band impress me that much on stage. they had a blues jam mixed with the acoustic white boy hip hop shit he does for an entire set, played his hit, and left. normally i hate that shit but that shit was heavy. the most interesting music ive ever fucking heard. the sickest i have ever heard someone play a stand up bass, electric guitar, everlast doing slide most of the set a guy with a keyboard rig of 70s analogs, badass jazz drummer...

Hehe... I was at that one. I had written a cd review for them once and they invited me backstage so I got to interview the band and hang out with them for a while. We played name that tune :-p

the band that cuts shit up with chainsaws is Jackyl, they did an unplugged set at my old bar, Sandbaggers.

Also, KISS was in knoxville in May of 2000, not april.....(sorry to be so fucking anal)

That one was at a top 40 club I was spinning at. To the plus side I got to sport my "Pimp Daddy" outfit on-stage while ice was playing. His DJ was worth putting up with "Ice" for though. Dude had serious mad DJ skills.
