Ok had lunch here Monday May 12 around 230pm. It is lacated in the old Copelands and yes still has all the original decorations. Which is funny but also one of the two complaints I have. The second one is the price (but I've been spoiled by Canton House $3.50 for a feast, so add that to the weigh in).

I ordered the Pepper Steak (lunch special) $6.95 it came with steamed rice (you may get fried) and Wonton soup (Egg Drop, and Hot and Sour are the standard other options) and it was standard dirty water style with a wonton in it, but was ok. I also added the Lettuce Wraps, $6.95 for what is says is 4 servings.

I enjoyed all of it, the meat for the pepper steak was the "softest" I've ever had and tasted pretty good, and some how the meal never cooled down it was hot (tempreture) the entire time, I even tryed to cool it. But my favorite was the Lettuce Wraps, I had never had these before and was expecting something like a eggroll only with lettuce. Instead I got a Plate of chicken, and pine nuts (Huge surving, could have been a meal itself) and some lettuce leaves, This dish was nice and spicy (just a little less spicy then spicy noodles at Stir Fry). I enjoyed this greatly. Ive only eaten there once so will have to try a few times more for a good feel for the place.

They have an extensive menu 84+ items including special vegitairian meals like, Vegetarian Duck (Bean curd prepared to look and taste like duck), but I dont know if they are vegan freindly.

The price range (durning regular meal time) from 9.95 to 27.95 averaging around $13. around $7 for appetizers and $6-$8 for Lunch specials (11-3)

I simply refuse to go to a Chinese restaurant whose commercial shows no Chinese people. But that could just be me.
