I've been having some issues with "friends" lately and they've been having some issues with me, so this has really come into play. I'm still in high school, and I had naively assumed the drama there would eventually end as we became "adults." But apparently this is not the case. *sigh* I've only met a few people here but there are many I have begun to like and look forward to meeting (You, Gregori, being one of them.) Quite a few of ya'll seem to be very intelligent and open minded, the kind of people I would like to call friends.

If I ever offend anyone, please call me out on it. I can't garantee I'll be sorry, but it may have been unintentional.

I have been to Tomo once, during the day, and I'm sure I and my party were being horribly rude. The people at Tomo are probably used to ignorant loud Americans, but that's not an excuse. So thanks for the tips.

Vachy,

You've always impressed me as being very perceptive and intelligent, especially on the thread about ghosts and the spectral orbs and filaments showing up on camera. Now you continue to show how well you perceive things. People of all ages act out of emotion, especially when the feelings are very strong. Most people are used to hiding their feelings and other people hiding theirs as well. It is so very easy for miscommunication and misunderstanding under the best of circumstances and when people misinterpret an emotional expression things get much worse.

Most "rudeness" is unintentional and can be seen as completely subjective, because the actor doesn't think they are being rude as much as observer thinks they are. It all depends on what behavior offends an individual. Take any commercial on TV and you will be able to find someone somewhere who is offended by it. Most people give others a lot of leeway before bringing up the perceived rudeness. The sayings "judge not lest you be judged," "let he who is without sin cast the first stone," "for in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." and "why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?" are there to caution us in these matters.

I'm sure the people at Tomo give the customers a lot of tolerance.
