Bonefish Grille

Okay, I love seafood, but I'm very picky about it being extremely fresh. Has anyone ate at the Bonefish Grille yet, and what was your opinion of it?

We tried, but it was a 2 hour wait. No can do with the bebes.

I had heard that is pretty typical from another review.
