Anyone want 6th-row seat at GARBAGE concert in Nashville?
I'm going to see Garbage in Nashville on Friday, the 6th of May. I've gotten ahold of a couple of 6th-row tickets. They were really expensive and I had no choice but to get two of them because I got them from an online "ticket broker." There was no option to get only one for myself. And now I'm having trouble finding someone who is interested enough to go.
I know that Garbage is kind of a pop music band. But it's one of my favorite bands anyway. I just saw them for the first time in Atlanta at the Tabernacle but I ended up sitting way up at the top near the back. They may not tour again and I don't want that view from the rafters straight down onto the stage be my last memory of them. And for once I'd like to see a favorite band up close instead of way far away.
I also have a suggestion for another option. I had already purchased a third ticket at normal price. (I was initially going to go by myself. But then I got this crazy idea to get better tickets, no matter the price.) Now I have three. This third ticket is in the center, on the bottom level, near (but not in) the back. I'm sure it would be a perfectly fine view. So if there is a couple who really wants to go to the concert but who obviously aren't interested in buying just one ticket or don't want to fork out a ton of cash to buy two tickets near the stage, this could fascilitate a compromise. I will be sitting in the 6th row, no matter what. One person in the couple that would go with me would have to be willing to sit near the back while the other person in that couple would be up in front with me. Maybe you really want to see Garbage up close really bad but your friend is only mildy interested. This compromise might be ideal for such a situation.
Here's the bottom line: I am willing to sell both of these tickets, if necessary. But you would have to pay the same price I paid for them. HOWEVER, if you only bought one, then you would get a much cheaper price than what I paid for it. I'm just interested in the music. And I'd hate to see this nice ticket go to waste. I'm not doing this for profit.
To sweeten the deal, I will drive and pay for gas. (I have no gas, grass, or ass policy; you ride for free.) I have a nice, hard-top (not a t-top) silver firebird trans-am that is in excellent condition and was recently detailed (thoroughly cleaned). I am not picky about anyone's lifestyle choices and I'm easy to get along with. I'm just interested in seeing a cool concert and drive home that night. Don't worry, I've done this plenty of times before. A few people around here at KnoxGothic can vouche for me. I'm not interested in looking for a "date," just a fellow fan of Garbage.
The seats are in the SIXTH ROW of SECTION 3.
EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED, PLEASE HELP ME OUT and let people know that there is a very good deal available on a single, 6th-row ticket to the Garbage concert in Nashville on May the 6th.
Anyone interested should send me a Private Message. Money talk can be kept private, if you prefer.

Well, that permanently turned me off to this community.
See ya.
Come on man, can't you take a joke? I don't even know more than one or two garbage songs! I'm sorry you aren't finding anyone to go with you, I told you I'd go just to see a band but I have my graduation party. Don't take things so seriously...me, you, or anyone else on here.
