Things you need.
2 Jars OLD ENGLISH cheese
3 packages of cream cheese
2 bunches of chives( fresh)
8 oz of roast beef
WORSTershire sauce
Chopped pecans. Alot is better
Directions
Put Old English cheese and cream cheese in a bowl and soften in microwave, mix it together very well. This will take you about 3-5 minutes. Chop chives and add to cheese( save some as garnish for the top of the dip though) mix together. Chop roast beef and mix into the cheese. Add the Pecans saving some for garnish for the top of the dip and add a few dashes of WORSTershire sauce. Mix together. Once it is all mixed well together put in a serving dish and garnish with the reamainig chives and pecans. Chilled overnight is best. Serve with crackers or vegi's. And that's all folks.
