dyno tuning

Post by karmakaze »

As some of you know, I have been trying to find a place in Knoxville that does dyno tuning but have been repeatedly shut down with the words "sorry, we only do fords"

Well I found a place that is willing to let me run my car on their dyno and do the tuning myself and they charge a somewhat reasonable price. (Not the best, but I have seen worse in larger cities, and it could be much worse considering they don't have much in the way of competition in the area)

Air Cooled Classics off of Lovell rd. (865) 671-4914
They only work on Porsche but their dyno is open to anyone.

Price that was quoted to me are:
3 runs baseline = $70 (no tuning)
1hour = $125 (you have to do the tuning yourself)

I already have a tuned ECU, but I will be using an SAFC2 to fine tune my fuel maps.
Making a HONDA fast is like coming out of the closet, yeah you might suprise a few people; but in the end.. your still gay.
