Sanctus hosts satanic meetings acording to KPD

I was informed Sunday that at a recent KPD meeting, officers were told that Bluecats is allowing Sanctus to host "satanic meetings" and that our event was every Wednesday.

I have no further information on this at the moment but the info came from a very trustworthy source within the KPD. I really don't know who's been feeding KPD this load of crap but I thought you should all be aware. I will post any further details I get as they come to me.

Oh, and it's a safe bet that if they are talking about the now defunct Sanctus that they are talking about Temple as well and problably getting it just as wrong. Keep your eyes and ears open kids.

I think sanctus is the least of their worries when it comes to club nights, temple for that matter as well. You get more assholes doing shit to girls at a regular club night than you do any of ours.

KPD has had a presence at both nights, and to my knowledge, hastnt found anything to complain about. The danger here is some city council member deciding to make an issue of it to get out the right wing vote.

Its best to assume Big Brother is always watching... though his intelligence may be vastly out of date & in some cases (such as this one) totally wrong. Satanic... ha! no. ive seen the KPD complain
the night volitare played 2 full gear beat cops walked in and made fun of volitare's star trek song and left.
they probably complained about how silly we all looked later.

outside of that, the KPD has never complained. this is probably just a rumor in the KPD. people get bored at work. they make shit up to make the world more interesting because its boring as fuck.

C) at the end of the day its a club night with an age limit where very minimal illegal shit goes down and if we made them probe some of the spots UT football players go to party (coughs at the strip, esp liquid)the amount of shit they would find would severely fuck up UT's image and thats a shit storm noone wants.
we are by far the lesser of two evils.

I think they need to focus their energies on other club nights, Sanctus and Temple are harmless. We listen to weird music, we dress in black...but there is no goat slaughtering in the back room.

I am very good friends with the Head KPD Officer in charge of investigating "Occult" activities in the Knoxville and surrounding areas and I called him today to ask if such a meeting occured and he said "No". You see no meeting occured because he is the one the only one that sets those types of meetings up and if such a meeting were to occur then it would be an "Emergency" meeting meaning there was an "Immediate Threat". Per my friend you need to all relax and get information straight. Per my KPD friend there has not been an "Immediate Threat" since 1999. So I believe someone is just pulling your legs here guys. Think about it if the cops that come by and check Bluecats and any other club out don't you think they would shut things down right then right there if they saw suspious activity? Arkady my KPD friend is very interested in who supposedly told you this mis-information he wants to correct this issue immediately please contact me by PM. Thanks! Ok, let me be specific here. I was told that bit of information from a manager at Blue Cats who I assume got his information from one of the cops that are regulars there. I'd like to get more specific info from our source before I start some sort of stink at KPD. More when i know it.

Considering that they (police) treated the local Earth First! group at a recent hearing over a non violent protest as a terrorist organization, because it suited their agenda at the time. They were trying to get a harsher penalty for defedents and thereby get rid of a nuisance with hard jail time. I wouldn't be surprised that if there was a problem at one of our club nights that the KPD wouldn't throw the satanic angle in just to try and add some credence to their arguements.
In other words I wouldn't put it past them to use the arguement that bad people are involved with the club night and therefor should be shut down because of some other non related incident.
