On September 5th, the band will release both a new single as well as a much-demanded older item. First, the single: Sophia will be the first single from the band's first new album since the breakthrough success of Ethernaut in 2003. This 5 track disc features 3 versions of the new song, Sophia, as well as two exclusive new B-sides.

On the same date, The Mystery of The Whisper, one of the most popular albums ever released by The Cruxshadows, will once again be available after being long out of print. Always keen to give their fans as much as possible, CXS have sweetened the pot by adding the most highly sought-after CXS collectible, the extremely limited edition EP, Until The Voices Fade. Sold out almost as soon as it was released, this EP has been unavailable for over seven years. Features expanded CD booklet with all new art and liner notes.

Additionally, there is an exclusive track from The Cruxshadows called "Wake the White Queen" on the just-released Neil Gaiman compilation, "Where's Neil When You Need Him?" More information on this disc, which also contains exclusive tracks from Tori Amos, Voltaire, Rasputina and others, is available on our website.

Finally, the Conjure One remix of "Dragonfly" can be found on the recently released $4.99 compilation, "Dancing in the Dark 2006"

New album, DreamCypher, is due out in January 2007 and now accepting pre-orders for it. The Cruxshadows are on the cover of the new issue of Zillo Magazine and we expect to have this item listed on our website in the next few days.
