We are not like minded. Goths are a sub culture. We exsist, and here we are. Vampires, on the other hand, are a myth. There is absolutly NO physical evidence of their exsistance. Show me some, and I'll change my mind. And instead of accusing us of being immature, perhaps you should consider the source. If you look around, there are plenty of serious threads. We do not jump on every new person, in fact, most are greeted warmly. You made yourself prey by introducing youself as "a real vampire" and expecting us all to believe you. Maybe you should have gone to the "Hi, I'm new here" section, made a proper introduction post, gotten to know us, and *then* attempted to invite us to the meet-up. Granted, you still wouldn't have gotten the greatest response, but you may have made a few friends and earned a little respect.
