I could NOT resist posting this pic that was taken
in My Hometown aka Hot'lanta a few months ago.

The pic was taken on Peachtree near The Fox
Theatre. I was cruising towards My Local Hangout
aka Little 5 Points when I glanced up & saw
The Ballerina Guy prancing, singing & twirling
his baton towards North Avenue.

IMMEDIATELY, I did an U-Turn, Jumped the Curb,
with My passengers screaming like little girlz
while My girl abandons My crazy-azz driving
& starts clicking pics of The Ballerina guy.

Gawd, I Mizz Hot'lanta @ Times ......

The original pic was inappropriate for KnoxGothic. It showed activity which was a bit over the top for an imbedded image here.

It also showed activity which is ILLEGAL in an establishment in Knoxville if that establishment has a beer permit.

It's also very fetish-related. It's much more appropriate for a discussion on KnoxFetish.com - which is an 18+ site provided by KnoxGothic.com for the members of the Knoxville gothic community who are interested in fetish-related discussions.

Now, the ballerina pic is just offtopic - which while a bit annoying, is not a serious problem.

It seems that I have stirred up alot of TROUBLE today on KG (no pun intended). So I would like to say few things:


1st & foremost, I would NEVER post a pic, quote OR blog WITHOUT the original member(s) CONSENT ... ESPECIALLY if she is PROTECTED by Me.

Next, I would like to apologize to the administrators AND to anyone else I offended by My post today. I was under the impression that this was an adult forum BUT now I realize that is NOT the case.

Now as far as our pic showing illegal activities??? Since when did a pic of 2 adults SITTING TOGETHER for a pic become illegal?? (Male FULLY clothed in Leather & the female wearing duct tape CONCEALING her breast AND wearing boy shorts. NOT a G-String (yes, G-strings are ILLEGAL in establishments selling alcohol in Knox County)

Also, the pic of us was taken INSIDE Temple during a regular Saturday night & NOT during WIF. Matter of fact, the Obscenity Laws of Knox County for clubs that SELL alcohol does NOT prohibit the type of activity that our pic showed.


FYI: Please read Knox County Alcohol Board Rules:


Sec. 4-74. Same--Revocation for allowing improper conduct on premises.

The board shall revoke the beer permit of any permittee who permits or allows any person to appear in the establishment or on the premises for which the permit was issued and to:

(1) Publicly or openly perform acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any other sexual acts prohibited by law;

(2) Publicly or openly engage in the actual or simulated touching, caressing, or fondling of the breasts, buttocks, anus or genitals;

(3) Publicly or openly engage in the actual or simulated displaying of the pubic hair, anus, buttocks, vulva, genitals, or breasts below the top of the areola of any person;

(4) Publicly or openly wear or use any device or covering exposed to public view which simulates the human breasts, genitals, anus, pubic hair, or any portion thereof.

(Code 1962, § 9-40)



I agree My post was VERY Fetish Orientated. That is why I posted it 1st on KF. And I will continue posting My Educational Articles on KF and NOT KG. BUT in My NOT so Humbled Opinion, ALL of us, INCLUDING Myself, could be SLIGHTLY more tolerate on views that may DIFFER.

And that's the part that was violated.

A vertical strip of tape won't cut it. The entire breast below the top of the areola must be covered, or you've got to take it behind a shadow box.

Oh, and please don't assume I like this, or even think it's constitutional. But it's very expensive to fight it. If I win the powerball, I'll open a club, violate it intentionally, and take the appeals all the way to the Supreme Court if I have to. But I don't have the money for that.

As for KnoxGothic.com - this is a private forum, open to those who have an interest in the Knoxville gothic scene. We try to be as fair as possible in running this forum, but sometimes we have to edit content.
