To discover the direction I wish to proceed so that next year I may make resolutions that are more concrete.

Even tho i started early with my training, the goals are simple......

Obtain the body i want, the promoters want, and the other workers don't want me to have.

To acend to new heights in my carear.

Not fall for girls just cus they say catch phrases like "Boba Fett kicks ass".....or "Yes, I like Comics......can i read your Giant Size Xmen #1"(like they know what a giant size #1 is.....and like they think i'm gonna let them borrow it.....)

Follow thru with what i preach-

And most importantly continue along with my "EvoLutioN" until i am where i was meant to be

*heh i've already lost 10 lbs, and doubled my starting weights on nearly everything*

To finally realize that I don't need to please everyone.

To stop procrastinating (Is that a word?) so much.

To finish the 5 games I have done, and get them published.

To get to knoxville more often.

To decide if I am going to Dj anymore or not.

Stop living in the past, and embrace the future.

Get back to being 'ripped'.

Enjoy life, as we don't get a do-over.

Finish my map for Call of Duty.

Stop worring so much about what others think of me, and just be happy.

Bury the "What ifs" and move forward.

Sell my house and move.

Join the Air Force.

Finish ripping my cd's into Mp3's

Get into one really good, drag down fight.

Bury the past, and embrace the new year.

Cheers,

Brett

Personally, I think it's silly to only set goals once a year. However, ones that have cropped up recently would be:
  • Get my old self back, before the new one kills somebody.
  • Finish "The worst iblis link ever!™"
  • Learn more programming languages.
  • Get back into my old work-out routine.
  • Spend less time making TODO lists, and more time doing the things I'd list on them..

I resolved last year not to make any more resolutions.

This turned out to be more popular than anticipated, given the significant advances in special effects technology. So the studio executives have overruled me and have put two sequels into production....

The first one will be "Resolutions Reloaded".....which is just to get the story line going again. It will have some cool fight scenes and a freeway chase. It has no real ending, per se, since that will come around in the third instalment. But without Reloaded you would have no idea what is going on......Assuming you are able to know what is going on at all.

The third and final instalment will be called "Matrix Resolutions". More cool fight scenes....et hoc genus omne. The critics will hate it because at the end the hero dies, the heroine dies, the villain dies, and almost EVERYONE ELSE DIES!!!!.

Critics can't deal with unhappy endings because it is too much like life. Which is why they go to movies so they can pretend that life always has happy endings with no loose ends.

After that....I hereby resolve ONCE AGAIN to make no more resolutions.

I can't because I killed off most of my characters.

Next week.....the Great Hobbit Massacre.....and weenie roast.

I'm going to just try to eat right until this baby gets outta me.

Then, I gotta start being a real parent. With two I think I'll start trying to cook every night like I use to do. And I don't think I'll drag this kid around as much as I did my first one, since one night at 11th street my daughter BEGGED toribat to put her on top of the table so she could dance... and she thinks most of her friends are 20 somethings that come over to hang out with her while her mom is around.
