actually i was pointing out that comcast was wrong, and that paganism is a religion. i have an interesting research paper i wrote in college about paganism and how it is treated in society, i might post a link to it if i get bored enough to put it online...

Also you could google Ishtar which,then, was prnounced as Easter is now. And the eggs... symbolic of life. The holiday was original in the month of Febuary, but since Julious Ceasar had to be an egotist and name a month after himself, and then in suit Agustus did the same Febuary was pushed back a little bit becoming part of winter instead of the beginning of spring. Originally the day was celebrated by men making a small cat of nine tails out of sacred goat skin, dancing around and slapping girls they wanted to fuck on the shoulder playfully. They kind-of have a similar practice in England(I believe) where the men go around lifting women off their ffet, and are rewarded with a kiss on the cheek.
