I hope it's not an ongoing thing. That was not fun. Left my purse in the car, went to get it, had to pay another 5 bucks...
Overall, the night was great, though
I'm looking forward to the next one and the next Sanctus.

Yeah, the re-entry fee is a bunch of BULLSHIT. Sometimes the smoke gets to me and I need to breath, or hear myself think, y'know.
The doorwoman with the rat tail was saying it was because kids sneak out to get alchohol in their cars or something?? Hell I don't know...but....its not like we aren't getting raped at the door and on drinks already...y'know?
Its seems like they are assuming we are all in that snooty tax bracket...lol.

Yeah, the finances have kept me home for the last two, & finding out it's gotten more expensive raises the deterence level. Like Buttercup said, some folks really need the fresh air from time to time. The drinkers can still just bring in a flask, anyway. The policy seems to punish too many of the wrong folks.

I had a good time though I did not dance. It wasn't because of the music which was good, but rather because there was a guy there that looked like a bigger version of myself. It was kinda weird to see someone who looks so much like you and he was constantly on the dance floor so I decided to spare everyone the horror of twin bad dancers. There were a number of moments that more than made up for the absence of dancing on my part.. .

If luck should come our way I might make it out to another night later this month and dance then, twin or no....

That was creepy as hell. He even had on a shirt like one of your favorite shirts. I had to keep going back up to make sure I was with the right husband!
I swear the guy looks like you and Zig had a love child...
