I agree with Joe, too. Do what the fuck ever to the grown ups, but don't fuck with kids. Then I'd just have to kill you... slowly... & with considerable malice. She thought her hormones were messed up when she did the deed? Ain't nothing compared to a pissed off Mo. How fucking dare she cut another woman's child from it's mother's womb! Let's see how she likes the other end of that knife.

Normally, I'm very anti death penalty... too easy to kill folks for the wrong reasons when a beaurocracy is doing the deciding. This is different, though. She'd lost her own baby previous to going nuts (I think I heard that on CNN) so she's obviously geeked on hormones, but she still knew what she doing. She planned it & executed it with cold precision. There were plenty of opportunities to put on some breaks along the way, but she chose not to. I think if someone sat down & talked to her without her lawyers, she'd probably agree that she deserves to die. The only plus side to keeping her sorry ass alive any longer would be to let the baby grow up & get a crack at her. That's who she really has to answer to.

i support the death penalty fully. if someone is that fucked up, they are not worth the money or the effort that we all have to spend to keep them institutionalized. i don't even really care about the severity of the death. i just do not think that they should be allowed to be in a state where they can either potentially do it again or breed.

is that she already had two grown kids! And i agree that your not going to get anything new to study out of her. And i think the punishment should fit the crime. The death sentence just gives an easy way out. Put her in jail, let her have the 'jail bird' experiance. She wont last long in jail...some of those women in there can be a little sick but even they (well some of them) wouldnt harm a child.
I think thatll take care of her just fine!
( and i already knew about the homicide rate, so its ok to mention it, im not really bothered by it )
