Yeah, I lived with drawings of mine for years before I got them. I kept them on my mirror so I'd see everyday & know if I would get sick of them.

I would never put anyone's name on my body, but I have the astrological symbols for Mercury & Gemini to represent my son & me (both Geminis) & the Aquarius waves for my daughter & husband. I chose to put them in easily concealable locations as well. I'm very proud of them, as they represent my family & spirituality, but they are also as private as the things the represent.

I feel sorry for all fools who get the tazmanian devil or some silly cartton character tattooed somewhere when they're young & get older (or more sober) & realise how silly it is.

I always heard that Frankenhooker's parents had the 666 tatted on her when she was a kid. That would suck.

I've been thinking alot about the idea of doing something to represent your children or family. I thought the tattoos of men with their infants footprints were pretty creative, but I don't think I want that necessarily. I just felt like if I got a tattoo, it should be for something that really mattered. My child really matters, so I've been thinking about what I could get for that.
