I'm ^there^!!!
By-The-Way...Does anyone have any new information, as to when this is going to be?...I'd really like to plan ahead...Plus, a little anxious...To be honest...

the tax is geographic. the old city area is not under the entertainment tax umbrella. hence why tickets at blue cats are resonable.
I don't think that's correct. I do know that Blue Cats is subject to all of the same taxes and such that any other venue in Knoxville is required to pay. The main differance is that Blue Cats has at least 2 live shows a week so the cost that is passed along to the consumer is much less than say a venue that has maybe 20 shows a year and no bar sales to help support the operationa costs.
Now you have me curious. I think I will talk to the accountant at the club and see how it all breaks down. Cheers.
Go to Warped Tour....my friend said they WERE scheduled to play at Blue Cats, but due to the fear of "not enough ticket sales"........the fucking show was cancelled....(sigh)...Well, I personally plan on attending WT because of Atreyu and Billy Idol.
