There is no joke there, my friend. What I presented were absolutes that cannot be argued with. There is no such thing as personal taste, as shown in this study that I conducted. Subjectivity does not exist.

As a professional banjo player, I'm going to have to agree with John. Some musical styles are demonstrably better than others; indeed, numerous studies have shown a direct correlation between banjo use and musical quality (the most famous of which has already been linked, it was compiled in 2001 by Herby and Kraukbauer). No one is quite sure why banjos make music better, but there are several well-supported theories, and the fact that they improve musical quality is essentially indisputable.

And as for there being no such thing as "personal taste"... well isn't that what defines us all as individuals? YOU obviously prefer music that contains a banjo and there is nothing at all wrong with that. But just because YOU think that's good music does NOT mean the rest of the world agrees with you.
