He expected a group of like-minded people who were already on the outskirts of society to atleast welcome someone with views like theirs. What he didn't expect were a bunh of petty kids trying to make themselves feel better by relentless bashing someone because he atleast tried to go out and make friends with people who might share some of the same views. You are all a bunch of kids picking on the kid with glasses during recess. I'm sad to say that every last one of you should grow up and atleast try to find out what someone means before calling him an idiot

Speaking in the 3rd person......hmmm, isn't that a symptom of MPD? I don't seem to remember anyone actually calling you an idiot......just because we thought it doesn't mean that anyone actually called you that. How do you know that we are 'like-minded' people? You know nothing about any of us. Oh wait! You've been rolling our minds, haven't you? I've heard that vampires can do that.

Raziel wrote:Now I know a lot of you who are reading this are thinking "Aw crap, another Masquerader!" but I promise you, that I am not. I am a very real vampire who would like to try to get together with others who are intersted in Vampirism. I am the organizer of the Vampire Meetup groups on Meetup.com but I am currently having trouble getting anything started because it has been so long since someone has tried. I would very much like to see a vampire group happen in Knoxville. A group where people can come and be free to ask questions about things they want to know, to see what it means to be a vampire and to be around other vampires. If anyone would like to help me with this I would be very appreciative. Thank you and blessings to you all.

Where in this post did he say anything about being mythological? I don't see it. Maybe I am blind or something but I don't.

He didn't. I was making a reference to vampires being from many myths and folktales told around the world through many centuries. Since there has been no physical proof to date that vampires exsist, I still chalk them into the "mythical" catagory along with unicorns, elves, faires, cockatirices, dragons, phenonix, a physical representaion of the holy grail and klingons.

Cryptmonger: No you cannot rub my horn unless you offer up a virgin and I believe that we have already establised that this is SO the wrong board to find that.

pryjmaty: Yes you can be a sleestak. Then we can play chase down the waterfall.

recluse: By "pretty" I mean funny. But that 4th grade pic looks like a geek in the making. And I should know, I am one.

Now I must quite this fun and be off to work. I may have to wait until I am back home to pretend that I am a unicorn. I really don't think that my patients would like being gored and pummled by hooves.
