techno tard needs help

Its well documented that i'm a techno tard. having said that i need to learn photoshop,in design, and illistrator for mac. problem is i dont own a mac nor know anything about mac. where do i get started?

Er.. this might be a silly question, but if you don't own a Mac, why do you need to learn the Mac versions of those programs? Or do you just want to learn about graphic design in general?

i ve b een in the printing biz for 20 years. i run the press. i want to move to the composition dept where i'll be off my feet but i dont want to give up my experience in the biz by changing feilds. so the industry standard is mac and i dont want waste time learning something i cant use
