Picnic anyone?

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Picnic anyone?

Post by BearDragonLady »

Okay, so I'm having a small change of plans... I'm leaning more towards just going to the smoky mountains on saturday for a picnic and playing in the stream... was wondering if anyone would be interested in joining me...
(Thrall and Vader, I'll explain the change to you guys later... )
Side note: I might get my truck back today!!!!! :boing: :boing::boing:

Oh, that would be outside, and in the sun. How Goff is that? :P

Sounds like fun, though. :D

I'd like to go to the Chimney's picnic area. The rocks in the river are fun to play on. But, needless to say, I'd like to go no matter where you decide. :D

I'm interested, but would need to know the time frames due to my midgets and them going to their sperm donor's house and all.

I would be interested..I am off Saturday. I am fairly close to the Townsend end of the park, But I wouldn't mind going farther away if we carpooled.

It would be great to go, but I may be visiting 600 year old dead people that day. I'll know more later.

And thats not a goth picnic? Sounds like a lot more pleasant than eating with some of the living...

Hey, let me know if you are...;)

Ooh, wish I could go...however, my own mountain excursion starts tomorrow...heading to Grandfather Mt in NC, to be surrounded by bagpipes and drunken kilted laddies for a few days...

Have a great picnic on Saturday!

okay, so I'm leaning towards leaving knoxville somewhere between 12:30 and 1 (depending on the hangover from 80's night ;) ) I'm all about carpooling for whomever is interested, currently, depending on the captain's participation (he's not commited yet) i have 2 berths in my vehicle...
as for where in the park to go, i'm still trying to get exact directions. There's this lovely little place that isn't overpopulated and is right beside the water for those of us who want to be fish :D I'll try to have a clearer update shortly
