And I'll ask you for more specific info - and this goes for anybody with problems.

At the least, I want:

Your ISP
Your Operating System with version info
Your Browser with version info
Date and time the problem happened
Any error messages you got
If you were logged in at the time
Anything else you think might help me to solve the problem

This will make actually fixing things easier, since all I can tell you without info is that I'm not having the problem.

i am on AOL...and i switched over to explorer.....and now i can reply....i bit of a pain in the ass ....but i can reply now..
