I'm DJing 80s Flashback Night at the Other Side tonight. 3 cash prizes of $50 to be given to the best 80's outfits/costumes. Music ranges from new wave to pop to hip hop to hairband rock to funk to disco
*Note: THIS IS NOT A GOTH NIGHT!! It is however about having lotsa fun, cheezy silliness, funky fashions, drinking and dancing.

I will be there but be there very late. Working till eleven. Bah!
I like a lot of the 70's classic rock stuff. Queen, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd. Unfortunately with the excpetion of Queen none of this stuff is very dancy clubby.
The disco....eeek.....very little of it. I like "staying alive", "I was made for dancing", and um....hmmmmm.....Well I like "funky town" but I'm not sure what catagory that goes in.
Hey speaking of funk can we have a little? The Prince stuff seems to go over pretty well so maybe some similar minded funky stuff would....
