• Double bass help

if you are having trouble with double bass this video may help. He goes into detail about how to do the "heel toe" method which will produce a double stroke with one foot movement. so with a double bass pedal you can do 16th notes.

I began really practicing this technique this friday. I played around with it for about 5hrs friday(that night I woke up screaming because my leg was cramping so bad :p) and I have probably done over 5hrs today. So far I can easily do a double stroke with my right foot with my left foot I can do a double its just not solid yet. I have also been able to produce really solid and quick triplets with a RRL pattern. ok back to it.

dude i wish i had to power not to remember alot of that stuff although i do wish i had stayed in touch with danny he was a baddass bass player and would probley be up for my new musical idea i wanna put together

well barry said that somebody from one of the bands back in athens had gotten killed in a car wreck last week i for the life of me cant remember who it was

i want to sing with a guitar player and a drummer which leads me to the next question who here wants to form a band to take over the world....or at least play at sanctus or whereever

Im free every Monday and Tuesday at pretty much any time.
During the summer my visitation changes though so I'll have every other week (mon-thurs) completely free.
