And if you aren't abusing weed you won't be acting like a "tool" whatever the fuck that means.

Sure they will.
I wouldn't, due to the fact that I don't grind my brain down with the shit.
This is primarily because I've only encountered a handful of people with the correct brain chemistry and/or genetics to be able to use cannabis and still code worth a damn. And, with only a few exceptions, nothing is more important than The Code™.
Oh, and
tool is synonymous with
asshat.
If you're still in doubt as to what an asshat is, after that wonderful definition I linked to, well, I'll be nice this time and clarify ('tis the season and all):
