Well the only reason I'll enter a McDonalds is if I have to take a piss, really really bad, and thats it....

3 meals a day at McDonalds? How? I like McDinalds sometimes...but,not even once a week. If I ate McDonalds once a day for thirty days...I would be vomiting out the window, gaining more weight, and have more health problems.
The guy who tried this took it to too far of an extreme (my opinion). He probably could have had the same resultss by just eating it once a day. Hell...just one cheeseburger a day from any fast food resturant.
I do however respect this guy,if he did what he said, and just ate McDonalds three times a day for thirty days. Just wondering though...if he had died from it...would he have become a Saint?
Very interesting...

Holy Shit! If I was to do the same it would make me sick too. I am not the best eater in the world but I tend not to eat Ds crap 3x a Day. After I went off my no meat eating ways I just seem not to be able to handel anything that bad in big amounts.

How could anyone call themselves 'different' or 'not one of the herd' and still eat that corporate piss-poor excuse for food? It sucks. It's garbage - and they're contributors to so many of the ills on this planet; not the least of which is destroying any local diversity by helping make every exit ramp off the highway just the same as any other exit ramp off the highway. Why do you think so much of the rainforest is getting slashed and burned into patureland? - so those burger-pushing bastards have space for their soon to be slaughtered cattle to graze, that's why. They treat their employees like garbage and their customers with utter contempt. You spend money there, you support everything they do. It's a shame that convenience has supplanted ethics in most personal vocabularies. I don't go there - nor do I shop at any other chain restaurants. Support local folks. If you don't, you're just another mindless consumer, just another sheep to be shorn by those corporate hucksters. So go ahead, wear your black clothes and your mascara and pretend you're different from everyone else, then drop by a McDonald's or a Burger King - and prove you're not.

Feel free to call yourself "different" if you do what you want to do. If you want to wear black velvet one day and overalls the next and then do it, I applaud you. If you stand up for same sex marriage even if that's not your own lean, just because you believe in fairness all around, then good. If you really want to eat a GD hamburger while listening to Britney then do it. To often in the past I'd found myself saying, " you know, I really like this, but it's so mainstream." Now I have my own mind. I either like a thing or I don't based on it's own merit.
But, back on topic, I'm seriously trying to avoid fast food because I'm on a health kick and that stuff is nasty. But that's just me.

Actually I'm a Wendy's man myself. Don't know how the health quality of those two places differs but it can't be by much.
Ok you eat three meals at mcDonalds a day and...yeah your going to get sick. This is obvious and deters the filmakers vision. Eat too much of anything and your body will get sick and maladjust. Try eating just vegtables (ok I'll accept tomato as a vegtable) and the results will be just as unhealthy. The human body needs a blend of food to stay healthy.
As for the whole different and selling out to consumer interests...that's different for different people. I admit totally and honesty to being a crappy eater. I like fast food, I like tacos, I like pizza. Show me a fancy smancy pasta entre with ten types of herbs on it and I'm more then likely to say "gee why can't I just have Kraft Macaroni and Cheese" And I still say that Fazoli's is as good of a Italin resteraunt as any.
Now CD's on the other hand, you woulnd't catch me buying something at Walmart that's for surety. just me though.

Thats nice.
You know heres three things.
One: I never claimed to be different.
Two: I used to work at burgerking thank you. Who else would hire a 16 year old?
Three: I really dont think where you purchase food has to do with how "different" you are from the crowd.
And I dont wear mascara

I haven't eaten at McD's in years (excpet for one road trip where I wasnt driveing and that was the only resturant / eatery at the ext that was there and we didn't want to stop again).
Pulled throught he Diver thru late one night and a guy I knew in HS was the night shift manager.
This guy was gross, dirty, and well generally a not so nice person. I figure any company with morals &/or standards low enough to hire him is not getting any of my money.
That and the burgers don't even look like meat. Wendy's and Hardee's at least LOOK like meat.

Erm... vegetarianism and veganism can be very healthy, but it does entail re-learning nutrition and balanced diet. Eating just vegetables can be very
very healthy, if you think about what you're eating. Then again, if you're conscious of what you're eating, vegetarian or not, you'll be fine. Mickey D's
et al are for people who, IMO, don't think about it and/or don't care.
There is no worldwide absolute diet that's healthy for everyone. The best nutritional advice given is find what works for you. You'll know when you're eating a good diet for your personal biochemistry because you'll feel much better than you once did. That's what I did, and I'm sticking with my personal diet because of that.
So... nyah.
