Hi there denizens of darkness and depravity!

Many of you know me and some do not. Some of you love me and some do not . But this not about me so I'll cut to the chase. I'm wanting get a paintball game up and I wanted to know who would like to play? I was wanting to do a World War 2 themed scenario game but it's flexible to whatever may develope due to the out put of the masses. I'm organizing a German-themed team. If ya wanna join in, leave some feedback or pm me. Thanks for looking here and see you in your nightmares.

:kill: :bangbang: :surrender:

Also I would also like to add that this is NOT a KG or KF sponsored event. There will not be a charge to play or any politics involved or tolerated. This is for fun and I am gathering people from various locations. Keep it clean and honest. Thank you.

Depending on when/where I'm in. Bought a used Tippman last fall I have been itchin to throw some paint at people with!
Keep us posted!

As to gun rentals: Inline Skate on Chapman Hwy rents guns and equipment by the day. So guns are to be had without playing on a "paintball" field.

Failing that cheap pump guns can always be had at Wally world for something like $20. You will need a face, pain balls and Co2 on top of that (Can add up fast).

Just my 2 cents

tat2jay:Thanks for your intrest! As far as I can say at this time is that it will not be at an organized commercially owned field. I'm shooting for (no pun intended) for a private field in Crossfield. I would check out Knoxville Paintball Sports in Halls for rental gear. They have the best gear at the best prices. However, should you wish to purchase a marker of your own, Walmart has a Tippmann 98 package for around $170 (marker, mask,9 onz. bottle, hopper, barrel plug, instructions and hex keys.).The 101st would be cool! So you'll be organizing that ? If ya meet anyone who wants to be a Kraut, send 'em my way.

Bone:Thanks for the input big guy! That's cool that you got a Tippmann. What kind is it? By the way, which group do you wish to be in? Axis or Allies?

Knoxville Paintball Sports also carry Anarchy brand painballs, the best you can get. It's a little pricey but worth it. Anyone who wants patches, armbands, helmets, etc. to look more historically accurate, let me know so I can help you out.

TiredUnhappy and karmakaze: Welcome aboard! Which do you wish to play for, Axis or Allies?

blindboy: Welcome! Since the game that I'm planning is a 30 hour game maybe you can participate in part of the game anyway. HMMMM?

And to all posted above, if you know anyone else that wants to be involved please let me know so I can compile a list of everyone playing and help even out the teams. I have about 30 other interested parties,so the more, the merrier!

If anyone is looking for U.S. G.I. style helmets for the game, Greens Military has some good quality plastice helmets with liners and chin strap. Sorry but I don't know the price. The netting can be found at this other military surplus store out towards Alcoa.

Hi Relik! Are you interested in playing? If so , choose a team or start one of your own! We just incinuated that it's Americans and Germans but there can be more added to the mix ; like Russains, British, Italian, or even Japanese! Multiple teams could make things very interesting.

tat2jay: nice poster!

I would love to, although I have no idea what type of protective gear I would need and where to get it.

I've wanted to play for a while, but my brother ended up with the invites, because I "was a girl". Just the fact they said that means they didn't know me at all.

I'm a tomboy with a large pain tolerence.

If someone could pm me with specs on what I need, that'd be great.

What dates are being looked at? Gonna be on vacation in July, wouldn't want to miss out if possible.

THX!

Midnight_Scarlet_Angel : Thanks for your intrest and YES! you are more than welcome! You will need a protective face mask and may want to look into a chest protector. We don't have a date yet. Walmart has painball gear in it's sporting goods dept. May I recommend the Tippmann 98 package for about $170. Which team do wish to be involved in? Thanks for posting and hope to see you out there!

I still may like to play, but it will depend on when/where and if I can afford it......

I'm going to be a daddy, so money may need to go to more important things.

But, I will definitely keep an eye on this thread.

Sir Diddimus: First of all, congrats on being a daddy! Children are surely a gift to our own sense of immortallity. The game will not be too expensive I'm sure. Thanks for checking in with me!

Those people out there with spare P.B. guns ,please loan to close friends that you trust so more people can play. Also, we need people willing to be referees.

Also if anyone has camcorders or digital computer friendly recorders of some kind please bring them so we can have record of this event. Maybe have "battle field correspondents". Then have it made into something like a war documentry?
