Due to unforseen circumstances I will be needing a roomate or two by September 1st. I will warn you, I am very picky. You must ...

Have a job.
Like cats.
Be very openminded.
Be dependable.

For one person, rent would be about $350, with roughly $50 - $60 for utilities. I would like to keep cable internet and television. Some chores will be necessary. And no indoor smoking. Most everything else is negotiable.
