Just trying to be heard...

Hi guys and gals of Knoxgothic, I'm a DJ in Maryville that spins techno, tech-house, and funky disco house music. Now I know it may be a little strange for me to be coming to a goth site to post about non-goth/industrial/new wave/etc music, but I figure a lot of you would probably appreciate my style, because industrial and EBM are the roots of my love for electronic dance music.
Basically, I came here to try and get some more like-minded people to check out my music. I've got 7 mixes available on MusicV2 for your listening pleasure. They range from dark, driving Detroit-style techno to funky, filtered tech-house. Some are rather old and have some technical errors, but my newer stuff like "The Tek-Houz That Frank Built," "Headphone Techno," and "Bumpin' Up The Boogie" are all pretty solid mixes. If anyone is into the more abstract, minimal sounds check out "Tiny Fireflies In My Eyes."
I spin vinyl on three Technics 1200 M3D turntables and a Numark DM3001X mixer, with love for all types of music but a passion for true techno. No laptops or auto-beatmatching CD players here folks, all live mixing.
If you like this stuff, then you should come over to Faderwave Radio every Sunday at 9PM to hear me spinning live over the 'net.
Anyway, I just wanted to represent over here on KnoxGothic. I used to hit Sanctus and the old Fiction's goth night a couple years back, but got tired of seeing people DJing from computer playlists. I don't know how it's going these days, but it is good to see an alternative dance scene growing--I just wish it was more accessible to new artists. Can we shut these fucking rappers and Top 40 bitches up?
