Okay, I love seafood, but I'm very picky about it being extremely fresh. Has anyone ate at the Bonefish Grille yet, and what was your opinion of it?

We tried, but it was a 2 hour wait. No can do with the bebes.

I had heard that is pretty typical from another review.

You know, they opened one up here in Nashville and I've been wondering what the hell it was.
