West Town's Hot Topic has Nail Euphoria-the polish I found at Walgreens many, many moons ago. It's a sparkly, blue/green mix. Stays on pretty well with a topcoat.

Yeah..our polishes are purty. I just wish we had a wider selection. Some glittery eyeliner and just more glitter would be nifty too.
