Memory Tree

I walk through my garden. The moonlight flows down through the vine draped archways and across the faces of the silent statues. The flowers that exist here have all been muted into one beautiful silvery hue. Their vibrant colors hidden with the sun. Walking slowly I see my destination start to appear.
I sit at the base of our tree. The tree we planted together so long ago. It's roots have grown strong and deep, while it has grown strong and straight streaching its leaves twards the heavens. We spent many happy moments here. I still remember your breath in my hair while we lay looking at the stars.
You have left me now. All I have left of you is our tree. Though I can still lay next to you at the base of our tree. Your embrace is no longer tangable and warm. Only memories of you wrap around me in the night.
