• Armed Forces Day Temple

i am ready to get temple back on track -

also - i am trying to set up a brief showing at midnight of some of my photography from iraq -

this has been something quite a few people have asked me about and i have had a few images on display at 11th street (i am pretty sure they are still up). i have shared a few of these images with my friends but this will be the first time a lot of these will have been seen by the public - if all goes well i should be ready by saturday , if not i will post in this forum.

the DJs we have scheduled for that night are some of my absolute favorite DJs and i know they are all pumped and looking forward to this weekend!
cant wait to see everyone there, wear your camo, wear your boots (leave your guns at home)!

Jay, I've read on a few other boards that Amnesia was broken into and is now shut down. Have you confirmed this either way?
I know several bands who have had to cancel their upcoming shows.

Last Saturday someone told me that someone who had worked there had broken in and fucked with the sound system...I think...but it was of course open for business. But perhaps something new has happened?

amnesia had been broken into the night before anti prom - there was some damage done - most obviously some of the lighting -
the owners have assured me that Amnesia will be open for Temple every saturday no matter what may occur with other bookings the rest of the week - IF temple has to move we will be given a lot of notice and the word will be out weeks in advance
so for now temple will take place every saturday at amnesia

That's good to hear! I'll be bringing some fresh meat to this one... a brilliant & very available gentleman who some of you may remember from the old days at the Underground. He's looking forward to coming out & getting reacquainted with everyone.

SS is much kinkier but more controversial, camo is just well camo, but you look good no matter what
