How do I get rid of Spyware that is inbedded into my memory? Anyone?

"spyware search and destroy" it's freeware and usually works. google it, download it, read the instructions, then use it.

"ad-aware" is good too, but one normally has to pay for it.

I generally prefer ad aware which is available on CNET's website.

You know, their "Live" CD may well have just made me a convert to the installed distro.
