im still a fan of http://www.relapse.com even if most of the music i liked that they sold isnt with them anymore
neurosis has their neurot label that always drops BOMB shit on it but they are a little defunct at the moment.

Plus you gotta count http://www.mute.com ... even tho they went commercial with being bought out by EMI, they still were the ones responsible for bringing us Depeche Mode and Erasure and Moby, amongst others.
