Holy holy holy holy shit. I think i have met this guy, twice. The first time was at the mall, about 2 years ago. He was being generally creepy, but then about 18 months and a haircut/dye job later, i met him again, and he recognized me perfectly. I have never been so terrified of any single person. I am not in any way exaggerating; this guy is the scariest person i have ever met, and i am honestly frightened that he will one day kill me.
