Well after I got home my buddy Adam was home, Matt whom I rode up with came back tot he house. Well we all got TANKEd and Matt wanted to go out for some smokes. We he got picked up for DUI and driving without a license. Adam and I didn't get a Public Intox thank God and were able to walk home. We can bail him out in 4 hours or so.
Other than that I had a great time. Good to see all the KG folks. X your the best.

I'm sorry that I missed it.
I worked all day and was exhausted, plus I ended up having my brat. So me and interf4ce decided to sit home and watch The Stepford Wives.
Oh well, I'm sure
some of you had a better time without me being there.

Bah, its not a great party unles Cupperbutt is there, so it was a good party. But beside on single obnoxious drunk guy on the floor it was fabulous, thank you X for providing us with a great place and spinning some good tunes. Bone, you as always rock.

There was one problem, though.
The sound was WAY too loud.
It was loud enough that I actually heard some treble hiss/distortion in a couple songs. It was loud enough that, despite only spending about an hour in the "main" area, I had ringing ears and hearing loss when I got home, which I only ever get from seeing a loud concert or a rave. I've never come home with ringing ears from Sanctus or any other club or bar night, ever.
Other than that, I think X put together a great thing, and from the crowd demographics, it looked like we outnumbered the "normals" at least 4 to 1, so I guess "playing to the crowd" with those kind of numbers might mean we could hear some more stuff like the Smiths and the Cure and less MC Hammer?

I must spend too much time at the Pilot Light, I thought the sound was ok. No ringing ears even. Now the overall tempature that's something that needs to be talked about...
Had a great time though the soreness from the previous night started to catch up with me. Thanks to X for playing Authority Song and waking my spirit back up again.

Do it again? What, the peeled grapes?
Anyway, it was a GREAT night!!!!!!!!!
Even if I did make a fool out of myself towards the end of the evening.

I'm going to second this. Now, I was not in any mood for loud at all, so I just stayed outside most of the time, but it wasn't just too loud for comfortable conversation, it was too loud for comfort. (if I'd remembered I had my earplugs in the truck, I'd have probably spent more time inside.)
But I'm told part of that was a technical glitch, and will be better next time.
And I can never argue with someone asking for less MC Hammer.

Now I'm getting nervous. I didn't have any sort of problem with the sound and I was dancing next to the speakers for most of the night...
This shall be me in a few more months...

Thanks to everyone for making my friend Cindy's Birthday so much fun. And thank you to everyone who listened to my drunken ramblings. My friend and I are both working today and hating life, but it was well worth it!
I had a great time....

That really was great.
Sorry I didn't mingle much, I haven't been in a mingling mood. I really wanted to hear what creapyrob and our friend matt had to say... I don't get to hang out with them enough.
And the reason no one saw creapy rob was because he was sitting next to me and I'm just *so freakin cute* that I'm blinding.
Or maybe it was the the Tank Girl tee.
Yeah ok so it was the shirt.
Anyway, hope I can get a sitter again soon.

I have to agree with everyone! It was definitely one of the best nights I have had in a LONG time! Topped off a good week for me. Thanks to X and Bone for all the kickass tunes. Thanks to everyone I danced with. Thanks to everyone who groped my boobs. Thanks to everyone who liked my Angel panties. It was a blast. I will definitely be there for the next one and any that follow. Maybe 80's just pushes the Shy Libby out of existance...it was a good feeling.
