that's interesting. and yet i don't think i would like annoying people over the phone or on the internet. i would much rather to annoy people in person. if i can't see the look on their face then my efforts were all in vain. :twisted:

Seems like it could be a step in the right direction against trolling and cyberstalking, but it has WAY to many holes in it to work properly.

doesn't exactly take into account the availability of internet anonymizers...

Agreed. Policing the internet is a really stupid idea, but it's always fun to watch people try.

Looks like the state of New Jersey is trying to make it illegal to post anonymously. It's amazing how good of a job that people that are supposed to represent you come up with ideas of how to better take away your rights.
